In Kansas City, my career was at Halls, a fine upscale specialty store on the Country Club Plaza. I built a loyal customer base over the years with both corporate and individuals. I was very successful because I listened to my customers and focused on their wants and needs as well as providing the best of customer service. I was far more interested in pleasing my clients than in just making a sale. I bring this same philosophy to my real estate career. I started as a receptionist with Eulalie Salley in 2003. I was so impressed with the company and its agents that I became a realtor in 2005. It was my good fortune to become Deirdre's assistant in October of 2005. We share the same philosophy about real estate and our clients so it is a true pleasure being a part of the team. As of December 7, 2007, we became affiliated with the local Meybohm Realtors.
My only experience with horses was my sister's horse who was not young when my father bought it for her. By the time I came along 9 years later and thought I would like to ride, "Lucky" had no interest in leaving the pasture, so he would lay back his ears when I called. NOT a good sign! I am a great spectator at the equestrian events, though. Eventually my interest turned to gardening and I have learned a bit here in Zone 8 and would be happy to share with you.
